The Contour… ah! The latest and greatest in our never-ending quest for the “do-nothing-and-still-achieve-a-killer-body” gadget!
But wait! Is it for real? It uses electronic muscle stimulation (EMS) similar to the type physical therapists use to strengthen muscles, tendons and ligaments that were injured. This stimulation supposedly tones abdominal muscles producing a flatter stomach.
Let’s see… physical therapists are a reputable, educated bunch. The science sounds good. And personally, I’m not too fond of crunches (is anyone?).
