Ever wonder why parsley is used as a plate garnishment? You’re supposed to eat it when you are done with your meal. It cleanses your teeth and if you had a big enough chunk of it, it would aid in digestion. Faster digestion means better removal of toxins, cholesterol and fat as well as better nutrient absorption. All of that means better overall health, which of course means better weight loss capabilities. BUT (you knew that was coming), most weight loss formulas contain such small quantities that you probably aren’t getting enough to do much of anything. As well, the other ingredients in the formula are probably the ones helping you lose weight such as strong herbal laxatives and diuretics. Of course you know the deal here. Yup!
