Mustard Seed


A study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition indicated that mustard seed oil may aid in reducing cardiovascular events such as stroke. For weight loss? The idea is that it may aid in fat metabolism, but it’s just not potent enough to make much of a difference. Henry’s suggestion? Use it in cooking
Nitric Oxide (NO): NO is important for your cardiovascular system. It helps keep your blood vessels smooth and able to resist clogging. Unfortunately, too much NO can have an adverse effect. This is why taking products meant to stimulate the production of NO (as seen in some body building products to increase blood flow to the muscles) may be harmful. Instead, take a simple multi-vitamin that contains plenty of vitamin C and E and exercise… both of which can also increase NO production, naturally!
