Dr. D’Adamo rationalizes that your blood type ancestors ate certain types of diets depending on when that blood type began showing up in various groups of people and the types of foods that were available. They weren’t fat, so if you eat this way, you shouldn’t be fat.

As simple as it sounds, it does not hold water. This before was written before genetic testing. Now that scientists can test this stuff – the theory has been proven false.

  2. scam or not scam it is the only diet that got my energy levels to sky rock and lose 25 pounds in 2 months without losing my muscle mass. i think people are quick to judge but i dont think you would regreat trying it. the food and suplement list is less than 5 dollars and by far the best thing i ever bought.. u can look me up on facebook .. im not an advertisement persont or nothing. but i like to give credit to what deserves it.

I found a 5 mg dose pill form seems to work well 4 me, I do not take it everyday I ask my body first a form of muscle testing and so that way I know when my body is requiring it. Are you familiar with muscle testing?

  6. I found this book at Barnes & Noble a few months ago. In it the writer bases his conclusions on evolution! For example, ‘primitive’ man hunted animals for food so ate a lot of meat, thus ‘evolving’ a certain blood type. Since evolution itself is an unproved, unprovable and unworkable theory, it stands to reason that these diets also are a fraud.

  7. my husband went on eat right your type diet after going on a vegitarian diet and we thought we were going to lose him he had a big lump behind his knee went to a specialist and was told he would never get rid of it and would not walk right also he lost all his musles getting weaker he got the eat right diet got rid of all his artheritis got his strength back also got rid of his artheritis also we have met many poeple who have told us what the diet didd for them
