Easy weight loss includes both diet and exercise. It’s really not ‘easy’ as it takes lots of willpower and discipline, but this is the easiest way to lose the weight safely and keep it off.

Easy weight loss comes from a good diet and resistance training. To lose weight, and to see results quickly, one must incorporate resistance training into their exercise routines and one must follow a healthy diet.

You should also include cardio in your exercise routine in order to burn fat and calories. But in order to really keep your body burning fat all day long you must add weight training to your workout routine. This is because adding muscle to your body increases your metabolism.

In addition to increasing your metabolism, muscle takes up less space in the body, so you will lose inches and a dress size or two. This also means that your Body Mass Index (BMI) will decrease. This is proven to lower the chances of developing life threatening conditions such as heart disease or diabetes–so you lose weight easily and quickly and get healthier.

Resistance training is the better weight loss solution over any quickie fat diet. If you incorporate weight training you will see a change in your body in just four to six weeks–and adding cardio will help to expedite that as well.

If you want to make an investment, buy free weights to use at home or you can simply purchase a gym membership. Circuit training machines at your gym are also a great way to get a total body workout that incorporate weihgts. Dumbbells and barbells can be purchased inexpensively for home use. These will allow you to save money on a gym membership, keep you from having to drive to the gym and wait around for what you want, and they allow you to add heavier weights as you get stronger.

With weight training, you will keep your metabolism up and the fat coming off!
