These nutrients and acids help to control the appetite as they increase the body’s metabolic rate–and this in turn helps to burn more calories all day long, even when the body is at rest. Apple cider vinegar for weight loss also helps to combat water retention which helps the body look slimmer right away.

How much should you take, and when? As stated before, apple cider vinegar is an unproven treatment so there are no official recommendations on exactly how much to take. One suggestion is to take two teaspoons a day mixed in a cup of water or juice. Or, you can take it in tablet form, and most of these tablets are 285 milligrams is dosage.

Apple cider vinegar weight loss is one all-natural option to try if you are looking for proven weight loss tricks!

  1. I take 2 apple cider vinegar tablets 3x’s a day. In less than a week I noticed I was less bloated, so I felt skinnier, after a month I noticed the weight coming off. I also drank mostly water, and tried to eat healthier. Even though I’ve slipped up on the eating healthier I’ve only gained about 3-5 lbs back. Still down 10 lbs though. It has also helped me with my GERD, reducing my acid, don’t know how or why, but it’s been working for me. Have reccommended it to friends. It’s even helped with reducing the symptoms of a hangover.

    • It is important to note that taking apple cider vinegar daily can lower potassium levels. It is also not safe for those who are breast feeding or those who are diabetic.
