Also known as Indian ginseng and winter cherry, ashwagandha can boost energy by improving nervous system vitality. It can increase physical stamina and improve sexual function. It also has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties and can improve overall health.
Contraindications: Should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Should not be taken with sedatives as it may increase the effect of the sedative.
