Is Apidextra another “textbook example” of a diet pill scam? (A Critical Review)

Henry‘s Rating: 1.0 / 5.0

Apidextra claims to be scientifically formulated to suppress appetite, increase your metabolism, and burn body fat. They claim that all of this has been clinically tested. Their website has all the hallmarks of a scam… so it begs the question… Are these claims true or a bold-faced lie?

They’re not telling the whole story…

The first thing I did was look into a few studies on these ingredients to see if the claims these Apidextra folks are making really stack up, and surprisingly, they do. But here’s where it gets tricky…

The amount of these ingredients in Apidextra is a big mystery but we do know this: According to the makers, each Apidextra pill is 550mg and contains 8 different ingredients. What this means is that it’s impossible for Apidextra to contain enough of each ingredient in order to be effective. This is the case with a lot of diet pill scams out there. In short, all they want is your money.

The study on “Phytosome Green Tea” alone (one of the main ingredients) contained 150mg and that study was combined with a low calorie diet. Makes you wonder…

More bad news… wayyy too much hype for this hound.

Their site makes claims like “Apidextra’s 8 clinically proven ingredients help you burn 5 times more calories, suppress your appetite 3 times longer and increase metabolic activity by 237% safely as one of the best safe diet pills that work.”

If this claim is true, then this magical diet pill would be the greatest thing to come along since Scooby Snacks, but this hound ain’t buying it… That claim is a real stretch of the imagination. It’s Class “A” Hype plain and simple and this claim isn’t backed by any scientific research.

One of the “Safest” diet pills around? Not so fast…

Since Apidextra claims to have no negative side effects, I took the liberty of researching the ingredients and listing the ones with the more common side effects here:

Dicaffeine Malate – jitters, insomnia, headache, increased heart rate and blood pressure
Mentha Longifolia – irritability, anxiousness, miscarriage

*Hound Tip: It’s always important to do your research on ingredients when dealing with any diet pill. There’s a lot of information available online if you search the ingredient’s name on Google. The best thing to do when considering a diet pill is to ask your doctor about it first.

What are people saying about Apidextra and the company behind it?

This was a tricky one…it appears the company behind Apidextra has gone to great lengths to conceal their identity but they’re no match for this hound. Apidextra is sold by a company behind many other diet pill scams online. They’ve been selling various “snake oil” remedies online since as early as 2003 under various company names such as Blackstone Nutrition, Orovo LLC, Devmin Research, Timaru LLC, Health Science Nutrition Inc., Dynamic Science Inc., and E Nutrition Research so be on the lookout for any of these company names. They’re all one giant scam operation. Furthermore, the BBB has given an “F” rating to most of these companies.

The Health Hound’s Verdict? SCAM!

Unfortunately it appears that this over-hyped diet pill will not help you lose any weight and the company behind it is notorious for ripping people off online. The truth is, 90% of diet pills out there don’t work and the ones that do are highly dangerous and most of them have been banned by the FDA.

If you really want to lose weight, there is a great alternative to Apidextra that my pack loves. Unlike Apidextra, this program is not scam. It’s a 100% free report I’ve put together that teaches you several proven methods to lose weight. In the Health Hound’s opinion, I would say that it’s a no-brainer not to at least give this free report a try.

“Henry,

Great download! I am a real skeptic – especially with downloads, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by your write-up. It makes sense! A friend recommended Sensa and after reading your site, I am (once again) too skeptical to try.”

Thanks again,
Beth

  1. Well I have tried this product and I’ve got to say in one month I did drop a good 15 lbs. Although they’re right about the jitters I feel it’s a good type of energy. I noticed that they actually made me hungrier so in return I began eating more throughout the day but in smaller portions; still lost weight in the end. A co-worker of mine saw all the weight I had lost and bought herself a bottle as well and sure enough she had also lost weight. I would recommend it. The only downfall is that it’s pricey.
