Welcome to the Health Hound Headquarters!
Dear Friend,
My name is Henry the Health Hound. Purveyor of Justice, Enemy of Internet Scam Artists. My mission is to weed out the crooked, unethical, immoral and downright dangerous health offers on the internet and protect YOU from getting ripped off!
I started my mission in late 2009 after becoming aware of the thousands of innocent people getting scammed online left and right by bogus health products.
These bogus offers use clever (and often false) marketing hype and outrageous claims to convince people to purchase their products. Products that simply don’t work! So welcome aboard, and back yourself on the back for taking the time to protect yourself!

August 6, 2011 AT 1:30 pmSo, I saw the ad again from Sensa on the tv, I came to the computer to order, but after searching for a few reviews, I came across your website. Wow what an eye opener, needless to say I did not purchase Sensa, instead I purchased Isabel's plan, it makes sense all of it so far. I've been a big girl all my life, currently I weigh 270 lbs but I'm also about 6 foot tall. Eight or nine months ago, I "found" splenda I wish I had never found it. I also found acid reflux disease, which caused me to throw up almost every night (how could I still be gaining weight....but I was) I gained about 40 lbs in those 8 or 9 months! I've had 3 throat surgeries to repair the damage from acid reflux. Henry, until I saw your email about splenda I could not figure it out! I had just bought another big thing of it 4 days ago, I returned it to the store and bought Truvia instead (also made with the Stevia plant) I've had IBS for years and didn't know it also, another side effect of all the diet sodas I've drank since I was a baby! Got your report too, it was great everything that it said was the same as Isabel's Beyond Diet. I was surprised at how much sugar was in everything, even those things I put in my water! My son & I went "label" shopping yesterday and boy it was unbelievable. Thanks again for all the free stuff you give out!

July 21, 2011 AT 7:21 amHello, I am trying to loose weight yet the rest of my family is thin. My 16 year old son cannot gain weight. While its hard to have sympathy, and I would gladly give him 50 (or more) pounds of my weight, do you have any suggestions for him. His cardio fitness teacher at school told him he needed to eat 4000 calories a day per week to gain a pound. (why can't this be me) He is having a hard time eating this much.

July 21, 2011 AT 8:39 amHave him lift weights, as well. Actually, 3500 calories equal a pound.

July 15, 2011 AT 11:54 pmI downloaded your health report and have a question about the sample meal plan. Do you mean for a person to eat all 5 suggestions in one day? I could never eat all of that in one day!
ReplyHenry says:
July 16, 2011 AT 9:33 amYes, as explained, you should be eating five small meals a day to keep your metabolism up and to keep you from being too hungry!

February 8, 2011 AT 11:17 amMy wife and I tried Healthe Trim. We did NOT feel any of the energy gain or the loss of hunger. It was a total waste of our money. We will be sending Healthe Trim back. All it did for me (husband) was give me gas! While taking Healthe Trim we did everything by the book. We lost a little weight but we feel its more just by changing what we ate and how much. It sure didn't work for us. We will continue to just eat healthier and cut back on our portions.

January 31, 2011 AT 8:53 pmI got your free weight loss report and tips, thank you. Of the 6 meals that are suggested, do I pick three out of the 6 to eat each day? Also, when is the best time of the day to due the workout? Please reply. Thanks Terry
ReplyHenry says:
February 1, 2011 AT 8:00 amNo, you eat six small meals a day. The best time of day to workout is when you can fit it in, and make time for it.

October 6, 2010 AT 8:23 pmHey Henry...I am planning to start the eating plan you outline in your free download(thanks!!) Not to split hairs or anything, but one of the meals has a teaspoon of maple syrup. Is there a reason for this? I know its not much but I was wondering if its needed. Thank you for the info on Sensa. I'm sure you saved me alot of money and hassle. Keep on sniffin'.
