"Henry The
Health Hound Investigates The Internet's
Top Latest Health Treatments So YOU DON'T GET SCAMMED!" (And Trust Me, There's Plenty
Of Them. Too Many!)
Welcome to the Health Hound Headquarters!
Dear Friend,
My name is Henry the Health Hound. Purveyor of Justice, Enemy of Internet Scam Artists. My mission is to weed out the crooked, unethical, immoral and downright dangerous health offers on the internet and protect YOU from getting ripped off!
I started my mission in late 2009 after becoming aware of the thousands of innocent people getting scammed online left and right by bogus health products. These bogus offers use clever (and often false) marketing hype and outrageous claims to convince people to purchase their products. Products that simply don’t work! So welcome aboard, and back yourself on the back for taking the time to protect yourself!

Kelly Osbourne’s diet has been in all the magazines and on all the entertainment news outlets lately. She
lost a staggering amount of weight, and she says she did it simply by changing her eating habits.
She says that before, she never ate breakfast, she drank a lot of soda, and she snacked too much. Now,
she eats breakfast every day, drinks water instead of soda, and keeps portion control in mind when she
fixes herself healthy snacks!
Kelly Osbourne’s weight loss is one that everyone should aspire to, since she did it in a healthy way. She
used no pills or gimmicks, simply watched what she ate.
She also exercised and watched her carbohydrate intake and made sure to fuel up on protein–which is
essential when you work out.
Kelly says her diet consisted of eating breakfast, a morning snack, then lunch, then an afternoon
snack, dinner, and finally an evening snack. Everyone probably knows by now that eating five to six
small meals a day keeps the metabolism up and keeps you from overeating because you do not starve
yourself.
Kelly Osbourne’s diet consisted of egg-white omelets with turkey bacon for breakfast and a chopped
salad with tomatoes, salami, mozzarella and garbanzo beans during lunch. She would then have a turkey
burger with salad or steamed vegetables for dinner. She also admits to having all the sugar-free Jell-O
for snacks she wanted.
You too can lose weight like Kelly Osbourne. Stick to healthy snacks, watch your portions, and eat five to
six small meals a day. Add in 30 minutes of exercise most days of the week and you will lose the pounds
in no time!

Have you heard of using Adderall for weight loss? You may already know that Adderall is used to treat
ADHD. This drug is actually an amphetamine; it is used to increase dopamine and norepinephrine in the
brain. This works to improve mood and decrease fatigue. Studies have found that this also can cause
weight loss in those who use it, as they move around more.
Adderall weight loss has a great deal of side effects. If you are already taking the drug for ADHD, then
a benefit can be weight loss, but if you are trying to take Adderall just for weight loss, you should know
the downside. These side effects can include heart attack, stroke and even sudden death.
If you continue to use Adderall for weight loss (or for any other reason), high doses can lead to extreme
insomnia, fatigue, mental depression and irritability. This drug can also increase blood pressure which
could lead to other adverse side effects. Some users have reported experiencing seizures and having
increased aggression. Women who are pregnant are advised not to begin taking Adderall.
Users also say that Adderall keeps their appetites at bay, helping with weight loss. However, studies
show that in the long term, users need to take increasing amounts in order to get the same appetite
suppression. Again, this can lead to some serious side effects.
Remember, Adderall is approved by the Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of ADD / ADHD
only, it has not been approved for weight loss.

Weight loss surgery is a risky and expensive undertaking. Should you do it? Are there other options?
The first question is completely yours to answer, but yes, there are alternatives.
If you do decide to have any type of weight loss surgery, make sure to get more than one opinion from
qualified health care professionals and make sure that the doctors you are seeking have excellent
reviews from former patients. Go to a doctor who has performed many surgeries and look at his or her
before and after photos.
The cost of weight loss surgery will range from $480 and up for a mini-gastric bypass and from $18,000
to $35,000 for a full gastric bypass. The Lap-Band system can cost anywhere $17,000 to $35,000. Pretty
pricey, eh?
What do these costs cover? The cost of gastric bypass surgery will cover the pre-op lab and X-ray
fees, anesthesia, hospital facility and the surgeon’s fee. These costs do not cover post-procedure like
nutrition plans, a fitness regimen, behavioral modification, nutritional supplementation or even extra
body contouring surgeries to remove excess skin or lift certain areas of the body. Add on those extra
costs and you may be looking at another $10,000 to $15,000, at least.
There are alternatives to weight loss surgery, though. You can always learn to eat right and exercise.
Sounds very simplistic, but with the right weight loss program, you can change your body, and your life.
Learn, with a nutritionist’s or a doctor’s guidance, the right foods to eat and the right times to eat them,
and then start to train with a personal trainer and you will see great gains very quickly.
You do not have to go under the knife to change your life!

Weight loss programs are a great way to lose the extra pounds, because they are usually conducted
in a safe, healthy manner. Those who choose to lose weight this way usually succeed in much greater
percentages than those who follow fad diets or take diet pills.
Healthy weight loss programs are those that encourage participants to eat good for you foods and
exercise regularly.
Many weight loss programs, such as Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig or even Nutrisystem, have foods
that you can purchase (although Weight Watchers gives a point system to regular foods, so you do
not have to purchase their frozen foods at the local grocery store). This allows the company to control
portion size and ingredients, helping you maintain a more balanced diet, and teaching you to eat well
even when you leave the program.
Other weight loss programs include ones that focus more on exercise. These are often done out of local
gyms, with personal trainers, or even through a doctor’s office. The trainer or doctor will provide you
with an exercise plan and then monitor your progress.
Both forms of weight loss programs can be beneficial if one has the will power to stick with them. It is
very important to follow the guidelines of any program in order to get the results that you want. But be
sure to check out the program before you begin. Look for success stories, reviews and other clients’ in
the area to get their feedback. Know what you are going into before you start, especially since many of
these programs can be quite costly.
